Scathing Insult

Prerequisites

You can spend 2 Stamina to throw shade at a nearby target. A creature within 30 feet makes a Charm Contest with you. If they fail, they make all Tests with a D- for a number of rounds equal to your Tier. If they tie, the next Test they make is made with a D-. If they succeed, nothing happens. You cannot target the same creature twice in the same day.
