Oration encompasses the ability to communicate well and deliver eloquent speeches that can sway the minds of those around you. Most who study Oration are known as Orators or Diplomats. It is not uncommon for Bards or Performers to also be very skilled orators. When choosing Orator, you may also choose a single Tier 1 ability that you meet the prerequisites for.
