Paralysis

You target one creature you can see within range. Make a Spell Contest. If you succeed, the target becomes Paralyzed 1 and you can Sustain the spell to continue the effect. The target can make a new test to end the effect at the start of each of their turns. If the contest is a tie, the target becomes Paralyzed 1 for 1 round. If the target succeeds, the effect ends immediately. For each additional Stamina you spend, increase the Paralyzed value by 1. If you spend additional Stamina on this spell, gain 1 Stress.
