Fear

You target one creature you can see within range. Make a Spell Contest. If the target fails the test, they must spend their first action each turn moving away from you, the source of their fear. They cannot willingly move towards you while under this effect. If the target attempts to attack you while under this effect, they gain a D- to their attack roll. If you Sustain this effect, the target continues to get a D- to their attack rolls against you until you stop Sustaining. If the target ties, they must move away from you at the start of their turn and then the effect ends. If they succeed, they are unaffected.
