Blindness
darkYou target one creature you can see with eyes. Make a Spell Contest. If they fail, they are Blind. You can then Sustain the spell to continue the effect. They can repeat the Test at the start of each of their turns and you can continue to Sustain each time they fail. If they tie they are Blind for 1 round and then the effect ends at the start of their next turn, and they are not Blind, or the effect ends immediately, if they succeed.
You cause vision loss in the target, making it either difficult to see or completely impossible. While under the effects of the Blind condition, enemies you attack will have their Evasion increased by X, due to your inability to see clearly. While Blind, you must use Awareness (Listen) Tests to determine what’s going on around you and where people are based on the noise they make.
