Arcane Suture

You touch a creature, bandaging their wounds with arcane energy. For each Stamina you spend, the target regains 4 Health. After 1 minute, the sutures give out and the target loses half the HP, rounded down, they originally gained. A creature can only benefit from this spell once per minute or they are knocked unconscious.
