Arcane Barrier

You create a magical aura, around yourself and all allies of your choice within 10 ft. of you, made of Arcane energy that helps defend you from spell damage. Increase your Spell Resistance by 3. For each additional Stamina spent, increase your Spell Resistance by an additional 1. You can only have one instance of this spell active at a time. If you cast this spell again, it overwrites the previous casting.  When casting this spell, treat your max Stamina as double its normal value. If you spend more than your normal max Stamina when casting this spell, gain 1 Stress.
