Description
The Proteans have been around since as long as anyone can remember. They believe themselves to be made in the image of the gods due to their flawless appearance and unparalleled skill at a variety of tasks. Proteans originally lived on a continent in the Great Sea before The Collapse. Today they can be found wandering all across Ooboro, some driven by their own ambitions, others compelled to spread the word of the gods, but most often their attitudes are accompanied by an air of unparalleled superiority.
Appearance
Proteans look much like the ancient, now extinct Humans of lore. They tend to be a bit taller, more muscular with a very pale, white complexion and are completely hairless. Proteans also differ in that they do not have noticeable pupils like Humans did, instead their eyes are a solid color, which can vary wildly between Proteans, sometimes even changing based on their mood.
