Prerequisites

You can spend X Stamina, where X equals your Tier + 1, to make a series of Attacks with your wand. For each 3 Mana spent, make 1 Attack against a target in range. Each Attack must be resolved individually before making the next Attack. Gain 1 Stress for each attack made after the first.
