Shield Bash

Prerequisites

You can spend 1 Stamina to make a melee attack with your shield that deals 1d4 bludgeoning damage for each Tier you have. If your attack hits the target, make a Might Contest. If you succeed, they are Pushed 5 feet away from you. If you move more than 10 ft and end your movement within 5 feet of another creature, you can perform Shield Bash for free.
