You can spend 3 Stamina to play a serenade that charms the target causing them to respond more favorably to your requests. This song targets one creature within 30 feet. Make a Charm Contest vs. their Will. If you succeed, you gain a D+ to all Charm related Skill Tests for the next 10 minutes. If they succeed, you gain a D- to all Charm related Skill Tests instead.
