Restoration Magic

This is where we will talk about Restoration Magic. This form of magic was developed to aid construction work, fixing broken tools and materials. Eventually, a priest from the Temple of Savo was able to develop the magical techniques further with the help of Savo’s teaching to work on living beings. They taught this new form of restoration magic under the banner of Savo. Before The Collapse, it became commonplace to have a devout restoration practitioner at most temples, throughout most towns and villages, and in larger cities entire buildings of magi to treat the sick injured that they called hospitals. Today, many still practice, but not to the same efficacy as the devout before The Collapse. While Restoration magic originally came from Savo’s teachings, religion has faltered since and few now are not associated with Savoism. Magi often adopt the suffix “the White”, representing their connection to the healing arts and some will still call themselves Priests or Clerics. Nowadays, these practitioners can go by many names, including; Healer, Doctor, Medic, White Magi, Fixer, or Restorer. You gain access to the Restoration Spell List.
